Program Manager Events - Gurgaon (HR Media Publishing Company) Multiple Positions:

We are looking to add two dynamic and driven Program Manager Leaders in Gurgaon & Singapore as a part of our sustained growth and expansion. We are looking for project managers with extensive experience in niche, content-driven corporate events.

This role can be the launch pad of your career. As a product leader in the conference team, you are responsible for conceptualizing the complete experience of learning, networking and value creation for speakers, delegates and partners.

Responsibilities:

- You will be responsible for scaling up one or two current event projects in India and South Asia (specific project/s to be finalized based on the candidate experience).

- You will conceptualize & curate the plan for delegates that raise the bar in line with the brand promise.

- You will be responsible for delegate strategy to address the right targeting of delegates from agenda perspective (CHRO or Functional Leaders across top companies in targeted countries)

- You will work very closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to produce all financial and non-financial outcomes of the event.

Preferred Requirements:

- You would need to bring experience in conceptualizing new products - conference products, learning products, or any content related products to be delivered to a community to consume.

- You would need to bring experience in breaking down ideas to execution plans - proficiency in project management, stakeholder management, and solution orientation.

- You would require an inclination & passion for the space of people & work. All our products sit on the foundation of our content. A strong candidate will require a passion to make a difference in the space of people & work.
