Skill Requirement :
- 5+ Years of Project Management Experience in Data Warehouse, Big Data or Business Intelligence Projects
- Experience in Agile Project Management tools and techniques
- Experience in MS Project, Confluence, Jira, and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrable experience in managing IT projects in an onsite-offshore model
- Analyzer has an error, zero, negative & Constant Reading should be the highlight to the user
- At least intermediate skill in Data Warehouse, ETL, Business Intelligence and Analytics to anticipate project challenges and risk in advance.
Job Description :
- This is purely a technical PM role.
- Prepare and manage project plan and ensure the project execution on time and within the budget
- Ensure the project deliverable goes through an appropriate level of review at various stages in the project lifecycle - Conduct sprint meeting and ensure the sprint goal are well understood by all the participant
- Organize a periodic meeting with the client and stakeholder to appraise them on the progress and solicit feedback
- Monitor the issues and ensure the issues are resolved without impacting the project effort or timelines
- Review project risk with relevant stakeholder and ensure timely mitigation
- Work with Honda stakeholders to ensure the dependencies across the project are well orchestrated.
- Review changes to the requirements documents and ensures change requests are routed through the change control board.
- PM must interact with Sol. arch and DA to share the requirement within the offshore team and set expectations and ETA.
- Share daily/weekly updates to respective stakeholders.
