Program Manager - Energy Storage & Management Industry

What we're looking for:

We are looking for a seasoned leader who desires the challenge of a new business and the excitement of building something from the ground up, leading multiple projects simultaneously while promoting quick yet effective problem solving solutions across the organisation. The goal is to develop and drive multiple projects for B2C and B2B customers, involving development of energy storage and energy management systems. We prefer someone who can promote cross-functional collaboration and has a passion for people and leading teams.

What you will own and do:

- Lead, integrate, and accelerate multiple projects to develop energy storage and management solutions across segment both for B2B and B2C customers

- Structure and drive complex cross functional projects across sales, marketing, product development, manufacturing, service, and process development teams

- Develop and execute plans through issue and risk management, resource optimization, and prioritizing tasks based on complexity and importance, while ensuring that the scope, time, and cost targets are met

- Take inputs on project from client and clarify specific requirements to develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and the staff members

- Constant tracking of the multiple projects to measure performance, manage risks, and enable timely decision making through data driven approach and escalation to the management.

- Collect information to drive a seamless communication management across the organization. Deliver presentations to multiple stakeholders and to the leadership for program reviews.

What you will bring to us:

- Ability to drive and track multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships, resolve conflicts, and achieve results through collaboration.- Proven working experience as a project/program manager in the Battery/BMS/Electronics company.

- Experience in using project management tools: MS Project, Jira, ClickUp or similar.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to channelize smooth communications across the stakeholders.

- Ability to learn quickly, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and adaptability to changing timelines.

Qualifications:

- BE/B. Tech, ME/M. Tech

- 3+ years of experience in project management domain in energy storage and management industry

- Preferable experience in Li-ion battery/BMS development (BMS, Chargers, Battery Packs, Cells, etc.)

- Bonus points for working in an battery mfg./BMS/EV startup
