JOB ROLE PURPOSE - To Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.

- Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.

- Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors.

- Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.

- Analyse, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders.

Process Excellence

- Drive adoption and continuous improvement in the program management processes to ensure flawless execution in line with business requirements.

Stakeholder Management

- Work with the business leaders to understand business needs across the GUS entities.

- Understand stakeholders' business model, competencies, key deliverables and provide support in program management.

Team Management.

- Work with the team to be self-managed in their execution to support organization's growth plans and business requirements.

- Build and drive a culture of transparency and trust.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

- Six Sigma Black belt certified.

- Proven experience in program management.

- Proven stakeholder management skills.

- Proven experience managing a team.

- 5+ years in program/project management.

- Experience in Program management in Finance department.
