Program Manager - Education Institute

To manage Education programs(MBS/MBBS/BTec) of different Institutes .

- Market research about the programs (Educational Courses)

- Competition mapping of all the institutions/universities and programs

- Mapping and doing SWOT analysis of content/syllabus of management and engineering courses

- Drafting program document sheet (PDS) and getting approval from Institute

- Communicating with Institute stake holders

- Coordinating with program directors and faculty members

- Managing programs calendar across Institutions

- Lectures coordination for online and in-campus delivery

- Attending interviews sessions and help faculties in administrative work

- Collecting students- feedback about pedagogy and faculty

- Coordination with Institute for invoicing and other payments

- Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed

- BE/BTech + MBA in Marketing/ Operations

- proficiency in MS- Excel, MS- word and MS - Outlook (email writing)

- Critical thinking, problem solving ability, clear spoken and written communication, active listener
