Program Manager - Lead School
- Support Chief of Staff in maintaining strong org scorecards / data dashboards
- Support Chief of Staff and founders in conducting effective org wide reviews (Business review meeting) and tracking execution status of key projects .
- Ensure timely follow through and ensuring execution of key decisions taken by leadership
- Facilitating org wide townhalls / founder led sessions
- Assist leadership in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation" as well
Requirements: - 2-3 years of experience in project management or Founders' office roles post MBA or 4-5 years after a strong under- grad
- Experience working with senior leadership team / CXOs
Qualifications: - MBA / Masters from Tier 1 Institute or strong undergrad from Tier 1 Institutes (IIT, BITS, DU)
- Good to have - Specialization in Project management
