Preferred Skills :

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to organize and coordinate multiple programs. You will provide strategic guidance to teams and will manage, track the progress of various programs across products. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience in working with the staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner. They will also be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics. The goal is to ensure that all projects deliver a desirable outcome to the organization.

Work Experience :

- 12-15 years of overall experience with minimum 5 - 6 years as a project/program Manager

- Excellent Knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MPP, JIRA, etc.), PMP certified ( Preferred )

- Ability to elaborate, summarise and communicate verbally and through written content - PPT presentation, Excel data summaries etc.

- Ability to work in a setup that may not be super organized and still accomplish outcomes

- Excellent communication skills. Crisp and clear verbal communication with the ability to be assertive when speaking to a diverse audience

- Excellent facilitation skills. Ability to command or lead facilitation meetings with clear and specific agenda.

- Analytical mind set and keen to resolve problems

- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities

Location : Banaswadi, Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects

- Decide on suitable strategies and objectives

- Coordinate cross-project activities across teams - product, engineering, data science, sales, support

- Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities

- Communicate change, risk and resource management

- Assume responsibility for the program's people and vendors

- Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI

- Resolve projects- higher scope issues

- Prepare reports for business unit heads on program status, risks, budget utilization
