Program Manager - EdTech Startup

FIRM: Seed funded ed tech start up

LOCATION: Gurgaon

ROLE: Program Manager

Core Responsibilities :

- End-to-end leads the Supply Side of the business in the most innovative and scalable way.

- Design & implement a robust structure for teacher hiring, onboarding, retention and up-skilling.

- Build, lead and manage a high-quality Teacher Supply Team to manage the function.

- Improve system efficiency by working with Product and Team for automating processes.

- Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional & remote teams to come up with actionable, high-impact insights across product lines and functions.

Requirements:

- Graduate of Tier 1 engineering colleges/ Tier 1 MBA colleges

- 1 - 2 years of experience in supply management and operations preferred.

- Resourceful problem solver with strong leadership ability & sense of ownership.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to start projects, drive them to completion & achieve results.

You are expected to work from our Gurgaon office near HUDA city center.
