Job Responsibilities: - Understand Amazon Services products and services and articulate and guide sellers through integration. - Own and manage integration of a portfolio of key sellers who want to list their products on Amazons global sites. - Sales Strategy: Participate in the discovery sessions with Senior Leadership to answer/assess initial technical capabilities. Develop integration plan and identify key technical resources for integration. - Work with sellers to set and meet milestones and deliverables to deliver high-quality integration projects. - Track and report integration performance using appropriate metrics. Achieve productivity and seller satisfaction targets. - Engage with internal and external customers/teams to define requirements, test data integrity, verify business processes, and deploy product offerings. - Gather requirements and help build tools and processes to increase the ease and efficiency with which sellers integrate with us. - Support the launches of new programs, categories and features. 1. Basic Qualifications - Deep understanding of and passion for e-commerce required. - Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction. - Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business by the numbers. Must be metrics-driven. - Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment. - Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly. Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented. - Advanced IT literacy especially in Microsoft Office applications. - Deep understanding of eCommerce and B2B Communication (XML and Webservices). - Strong process definition and optimization skills; proven ability to define effective, efficient, and scalable processes and drive continuous improvement through root cause identification and defect elimination. - Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel. - Bachelors required in computer science, sciences or engineering, masters preferred. 2. Preferred Qualifications - Hands on experience in programming: C#, Java or PHP - Experience with e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media would be an advantage - Track record of managing and troubleshooting technical and business integration projects - Demonstrated intense customer focus. - Demonstrated highest level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and strong work ethic. - Sharp, analytical, and thoughtful. Thoroughly thinks through problems to come up with solutions. - Proven ability to successfully thrive in an ambiguous environment and changing market conditions.
