The job profile: This leadership position created to lead this coveted, annuity NOC (network operations centre) support engagement that the company has entered into with this leading BFSI account, oversees a number of key functions within the IT department that enable the delivery of a high quality service to customers and ensure service support and service delivery processes are in place to meet customer/business needs. The position faces external as well as internal stakeholders and needs the incumbent to establish & manage expectations within the account/SBU and drive the team to achieve the agreed scope of service and SLAs as per the contract/s. Expected profile of applicants: - Good leadership skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Technical and management skills- Service delivery experience of about 15 years, specialty being in support and managed services - Experience of servicing NOC operations, infra and cloud - Owns day to day client engagement activities with IT & cloud operations team w.r.t agreed SLAs & KPIs to deliver value to customer for NOC support/managed services - Coordinate internally and externally with different stakeholders, operations/managed services team to provide services into seamless delivery - Lead and drive RAIL (Rolling Action Item List) and regular client meetings - Actively take part in L1, L2 and L3 incidents and drive them to closure it as per SLAs - Act as a technical contact for client/s and OEMs to ensure business objectives are met - Act as an escalation point between the business/customers and technical delivery to resolve issues - Refine service delivery processes where appropriate to contribute to improved business outcomes - Participate in monitoring, review, and auditing process as per defined frequencies and closely work with the Operations Team to get the activities scheduled and triage - Identify and evaluate Risks/Issues and plan for mitigation to safeguard service delivery objectives and focus to continually improve services - Recommend & drive improvements to operational activities that will enhance service quality - Participate in post incident and implementation reviews to ensure that the customer perspective is included, and service improvements are clearly identified and owned - Work with IT resources and operations manager/s to ensure that customer needs and priorities are well understood and delivered - Establish of team communication activities and accomplishment of team goals - Work closely with the delivery head and have oversight and influence over the on-boarding of projects into a BAU environment to ensure sustainable, supportable service integration - - Build an in-depth understanding of the outcomes required by the business, capture information on how to improve services and drive their optimal usage Manage and keep a track of Team members attendance, appraisal, performance and conduct process/technical training (if required) - Responsible for Customer Engagement and Wow experience Plan and manage all client s requests as per the services catered keeping operations Team efforts leveraging standardized templates/SOPs as well as SLA in mind - Proactively plan for all risks and work towards their remediation both internally and externally - Provide execution dashboard/Statuses/Metrices as well as keep a running catalog for lessons learned and work towards improving both service/operations deliveries - Consulting skills required - Passionate, persuasive, articulate Cloud professional capable of quickly establishing interest and credibility in how to manage and operate cloud-based architectures - Experience in enterprise applications, solutions and Cloud infrastructures - Experience in platform and cloud migrations (preferred) - Ability to manage and work with team members from around the globe / experience working with offshore models - Bachelors/Master's degree or equivalent study.
