Educational Qualification: Any degree with MBA
Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Set up the Digital transformation program charter and track progress to achieve overall objectives and benefits.
2) Initialize new programs as per the road map prioritized by the CDO and Executive Council.
3) Strategic planning and governance - scoring projects using predefined criteria, providing a sound business case and the cost/benefit ratio.
4) Best practices and process consolidation, standardize processes, provide project management guidelines, tools & methods.
5) Plan, schedule and manage the digital program meetings. Communicate status reports, milestones and KPI's.
6) Manage and resolve project scope issues, budget and resource control, timelines adherence.
7) Creating and maintaining project artifacts, archives and tool sets through defined templates.
8) Engagement with external community for best practices, technology advancements and industry movements.
