Designation: Program Manager- Digital and New Initiatives

Location: Mumbai

Reporting To : President- Sales and Marketing

Experience: 5+ yrs

Responsibilities

- Manage multiple intersecting project tracks and ensure activities roll up to overall program objectives

- Must understand the lifecycle of building a digital ecosystem from ideation to final UAT post tech delivery

- Must have experience working with tech teams and a basic understanding of technology architecture is a value add

- Manage all projects phases, from planning, execution, implementation, and post- implementation activities, leveraging best practice standards and processes set

- Create, coordinate, and implement project plans to effectively meet project objectives and deliverables

- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders

- Track scheduled tasks day-to-day, work directly with cross-functional team members to facilitate communication and provide status updates and manage risk

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

- Manage the relationship between all stakeholders

- Managing all new digital initiatives and the continuously evolving digital strategy build out

Requirements:

- Ideally (but not essential) experience working in, or with FinTech or consultancy or inside a financial services organisation.

- Analytical ability to make complex decisions with incomplete information and look through data to arrive at insights

- Outstanding relationship management skills, experienced at influencing and working with senior stakeholders

- 5+ years of proven working experience in project management

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Ability to work in a fast paced organisation

- Background in digital consultancy would be a plus

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus

- Bachelor's Degree with equivalent work experience
