Program Manager will be reporting to the President of the Digital Business and Work closely with Digital team members on critical organisation projects and steer the projects towards closure.   - Coordinate and facilitate discussions amongst stakeholders across functions on key organisation initiatives.   - Scan competition landscape and identify opportunities for improvements in business processes.  - Basic understanding of technology to be able to communicate with equal ease with both technical and non-technical folks  - Is able to manage complete transition of new technologies, new features  - Manages the integration of multiple projects/programs, provides data, analysis and reporting to internal stakeholders and various levels of PMO management.   - Develop timely, accurate, in-depth analysis of organizational cost and schedule data, provide corrective action recommendations  - Identify cost-savings opportunities and develop programs to achieve long term savings   - Apply appropriate metrics and tools for maintenance releases control   - Assists the PMO team in defining and complying with corporate process.   Skills:  - With a recent backgrounds in program/project management with an MBA a plus  - Strong technical background and experience of working with cross-functional teams  - Experience managing and maintaining complex projects across multiple teams  - Working closely with Technology Team to identify issues and resolve it with the vendors / product team  - Ability to facilitate inter-departmental meetings to resolve complex issues.  - Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.  - Vendor management skills  Qualifications:   - Looking for someone with BE / B Tech degree   - 4 - 8 years of experience with 4 years of successful program/project management experiencing delivering software web based solutions   - Must have excellent problem solving, presentation and leadership skills and the ability to comprehend, analyze and communicate both macro and low-level pictures to all levels of the organization, including senior management   - Requires excellent analytical ability, facilitation and communication skills, plus strong judgment and decision making abilities.   - MBA from a premiere campus
