Program Manager - Customer Success - Location Intelligence Startup

About our client: Our client is a venture-funded, Bangalore based, Location Intelligence startup. Their Location Intelligence platform, this allows our client to rapidly build and deliver enterprise mobility solutions over the cloud. With these solutions, our client is changing the way modern enterprises integrate location intelligence into their business processes. Our client believes in creating technology for the future and this is reflected in the 7 patents they have. Their products have been well received in the market enables them to grow at a whirlwind pace over the last year (they grew from a 3 member founding team to a 40 member team in the last 12 months)

Responsibilities

- Product installation & service initiation

- Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis etc

- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.

- Proactively communicate and collaborate with client and internal teams to analyze information needs and functional requirements.

- Follow strong project planning principles to demonstrate detailed planning (using tools like MS Project) and tracking towards timely, in-budget delivery of project commitments.

- Drive post implementation customer adoption and client engagement.

- Build strong customer relationships with key stakeholders and handle escalations.

- Program management for new and existing accounts.

Candidate Profile:

Experience :

1. Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience.

2. 2 - 3 years of experience as the individual contributor in customer-facing roles.

3. 1 - 3 years of experience in account management/program management roles.

4. Excellent verbal & presentation skills.

5. Strong written communication skills.
