- Demonstrate sharp analytical skills for coordination across functions with an objective of fulfillment of orders from national key accounts.

- Program managing cross functionally to ensure adherence to SLAs.

- Plan, execute and monitor the customer excellence operations with an objective of reducing delivery TATs
