Desirable Knowledge & Experience :
- Significant proven track record of securing and / or managing corporate partnerships.
- Extensive experience of account managing a portfolio of companies.
- Demonstrable up to date understanding of the Corporates and CSR laws.
- Proficiency in English language is a must.
- The person will work along with the mission and vision of the organization.
Qualifications & Training :
1. MBA/ Social Service degree from Top 10-15 B-Schools (MDI, IMT, etc)
2. More than 10 years of work experience
3. Experience - either of the 2 :
a. Leading marketing team in service sector industry - you might want to look at insurance sector (health specific would be better), financial sector and the likes OR TELECOM industry (Airtel and the likes).
b. Or someone who has moved to a foundation/NGO such as Azim Premji Foundation and the
4. Communication skills/ personal presence - have to be good.
5. Fair understanding of digital marketing space would be preferred.
Skills:
- IT literate - fully conversant with all Microsoft packages.
- Outlook: Ability to meet and exceed income targets.
- Excellent presentation skills to a range of audiences.
- Account management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, able to negotiate, persuade and influence.
- Proficiency in English language.

- Confident and mature attitude, dynamic and driven, outcome focused.

Core Responsibility :
- Contact Corporates, arrange meetings with the CSR concerned personnel for acquiring projects.
- Give Presentations to Corporates.
- Develop Projects.
- Should Involve in Outreach Activities with Corporates and Institutions.
