- Should be a "Full Time MBA" from a Tier 1 , Tier 2 B School,
- Start up experience is preferred
- Tier 2 MBA - CGP 3.5 +
- Prepare Quarterly, Half Yearly, Annual Business Plans
- Work with stake holders & report quarterly performance of the company
- To gauge competition, use predictive analytics to shape the business to the next level
- Should have good business acumen
- To independently come up with business strategy & plans
- To do Business Analytics using business tools ( SLM, SCM, ERP, CRM etc)
- Should be able to monitor the performance of the Organization on a regular basis, do predictive analytics on the probable failure areas within the Company and alert the Board and recommend actions for the same
- Should be able to do Financial Planning & Budget Controls across verticals & locations
- Experience as Chief of Staff or Head Of a Business will be an added advantage
