Program Manager - Consumer Domain

They are looking at bright and exceptional program managers to manage complex large scale consulting and transformation programs for their Retail and CPG clients. As a Program Manager, you should have led large Business and IT programs in the past and delivered successful outcomes on transformations across Digital, Tech Modernization, Supply Chain, Platforms Implementations specific to Consumer Goods, Retail and Logistics .

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

- Lead large IT or transformation programs for clients in CRL industry vertical

- Ensure Governance: Manage the 4 pillars of program - Cost, Quality, Timelines and Scope effectively to ensure technology solution delivery

- Ensure smooth functioning of multiple workstreams comprised of on and offshore resources across - functional, solutions, engineering, QA, change management and business readiness and align them to program goals and objective

- Setup and lead program management office to define and manage roadmap, technology blueprint, solution design, deliverables, schedules, resources, and budget.

- Ensure Continuous Monitoring, Reporting and Agile Responses: Right level of tracking and Reporting, data driven insights and proactive corrective actions to guarantee stated goals and program outcomes

Your Profile

- MBA from a top tier B-school

- Should have led large programs from onsite/client locations

- Should have managed programs in one or more areas - Digital, Omnichannel, IT Modernization, Supply Chain, Retail Planning, Platforms Implementations (Merchandising, Procurement, Warehouse Management, Transport Management)

- Experience managing global distributed teams including onsite, offshore and third parties to deliver large programs

- Preferably should be certified in on one of the following - PMP, PgMP, SAFe Agile
