- Exploring business leads resulting in a potential opportunity that gets converted.

- To conceptualize complex proposals for new business by coordinating efforts of team members and assisting senior leaders in business development initiatives for successful conversions.

- To groom and develop team members and consultants in terms of consulting practices as well as personal growth.

- To liaise with existing clients in order to maintain and strengthen bonds resulting in stronger relationship and repeat business.

- To deliver client engagements and projects by leveraging on Right's expertise to design and deliver solutions for clients in a timely and qualitative way, understanding stated and unstated client expectations and ensuring quality of output. 

- To monitor and optimize project profitability through proper project planning, optimum utilization of resources and periodic project reviews
