Program Manager - Construction Firm

Job Responsibilities :

- Actively develops and manages schedules and prepares status reports and works to ensure plans adhere to product requirements and schedules.

- Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.

- Establish and maintain effective working relationships.

- Demonstrate the organization's values by bringing issues to the appropriate managers in a timely manner for resolution, sharing best practices among all teams, serving as a brand advocate, mentoring and leading by example to support a positive work environment, and encouraging other staff to do the same.

What we look for:

- Engineering and design experience of products - SW,Cloud, IOT in Agile/ water fall model

- A proven track record in managing and delivering projects to schedule in a multidiscipline environment.

- Large Scale Program management skills and experience required.

- Has the functional and technical knowledge and skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment.

- Knowledge and fluency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, etc) and Project reporting/scheduling software (Microsoft Project, Access, etc).

- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

- BE (ECE/EIE/ETC/CSE) Degree in a technical field is required.

- Experience in developing project plans and project management, at least 5 years of program management experience

- Knowledge of PMI's Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK- ).

- PMP- certification desirable, not mandatory.

- Agile / SAFe Certification desirable, not mandatory.

- Product Development -SW (Cloud, IOT ) business experience required (i.e. working with design engineers,, product management, marketing, etc.)
