Program Manager - CHRO Office ( For Human Resource Department) - Min 3+ years of relevant HR experience, more than 2 years of experience in working as Business Analyst or EA to CHRO with Group Companies. SOMEONE WHO HAS WORKED AS EA TO CHRO OR PROGRAM MANAGER IN CHRO OFFICE WILL BE THE RIGHT FIT FOR THIS ROLE. - This is a hands-on role and the ideal candidate must be a self-starter, move fast, dive deep, and get things done. - Anticipating and planning for changes, and the ability to stay organized while helping senior management. - This role is to work across the BUs and COEs to gather, prioritize, manage, maintain and collaborate with stakeholders and support CHRO in driving HR plan, intervention and execution of all people practices. - Person will be Collaborating &amp; Working with CHRO, HR Heads of Line of Businesses which are at different stages of maturity and growth and - COEs in driving the HR annual agenda - Person has to display high levels of Negotiation &amp; Assertive skills with senior stakeholders - Person must ensure productive outcomes of the meeting discussions by tracking MOMs of various business &amp; HR meetings Can be discussed further if you are interested.
