Program Manager (Business Excellence)_NBFC_Mumbai (1-3 years)


Drive an Agile/Lean mindset across the organization. Facilitate Sprints and drive automation and transformation projects to improve Quality, reduce cost, increase productivity and improve cycle time, resulting in significant business improvement and customer satisfaction.

REPORTING STRUCTURE: This role will report to Senior Manager Business Excellence


- Graduate/BE /MBA

- Six Sigma Blackbelt/Lean Coach/ Agile Scrum Master


- 2-3 Years of experience in Project Management, Financial Services, Technology Desired

- Project Management including Technology implementation like Robotics, AI, ML etc.

- Expert Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean or Agile with an ability to train and build capability in these areas

- Hands on with analyzing data and trends using Minitab and Excel

- Change management; Managed Change, Transformation in a cross functional project

- Ability to work cross-functionally and to learn quickly

- Resourceful, process orientation, innovative

- Good problem-solving skills, bias for action, assertive, decisive, strong time management skills

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

- Execute responsibilities donning multiple hats; Agile custodian, Digital project manager & Business Analyst

- Facilitate cadences across cross functional squads and reduce friction in the process to move things towards closure

- Create Business Process Maps envisaging end to end customer journey

- Drive projects , publish status & flag risks pro-actively and provide visibility to the leadership

- Perform benchmarking exercises and drive improvements on as-is metrics

- Identify opportunities of automation & drive execution towards implementation liaising with all concerned stakeholders

- Facilitate Sprint Planning session, sprint review, retrospective & sprint demos

Skills / Competencies:

- Knowledge of emerging technologies

- Knowledge of Lean and/ or Agile and/ or Design thinking

- Ability to facilitate projects and meet timelines

- Ability to work as an interface between various Functions and Technology to build the right solutions

- Innovative and Solution oriented

- Good usage of Excel and PowerPoint

- Time Management
