Program Manager/Business Analyst - BFSI

JOB PURPOSE :

Looking for a seasoned and mature Business Analyst who will assist the Top Management in the day to day Business Operations through data analytics, project management, presentations and troubleshooting.

KEY DELIVERABLES :

- Track mission-critical projects and provide timely updates, trackers and MIS to Top Management.

- Prepare important business presentations

- Assist in handling/resolving escalations.

- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Qualifications

- Full-time MBA (Must)/ICWA/Inter CA

- 2 to 5 years of overall work experience

Technical Skills :

- Expertise in Data analytics

- Project Management (monitoring progress and identifying deviations)

- Business driving experience

- Handling Channel Partners

- Advanced MS Office knowledge

- Business Skills

- Positive, self-driven, high-energy, go-getter attitude

- Analytical skills / problem-solving ability
 
- Liaison with Channel Partners and drive Budgets

- Lead Management experience

- Digital Savvy
