Program Manager - BFSI (6-10 yrs)

Education - BE / BTech and MBA
Experience- 8-9 Years
Role Summary
Drive end to end activities for launch of new programs and managing existing programs
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with the clients to understand and consolidate the program requirements (new and existing programs)
- Detail out the program requirements in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders
- Create and share solution proposals with the clients (deliverables, timelines, commercials etc.)
- Define and drive implementation of the project plan and a detailed activity tracker
- Track the project plan and share updates with relevant stakeholders
- Maintain relevant documentation of the program activities
- Adhere to the defined program management processes
- Address client needs and concerns as per defined TATs
- Build and maintain an effective relationship with clients.
Functional Competence :
Technical program management experience in an e-commerce or cloud-based environment (or equivalent)
- Experience with agile development and program management methodologies
- Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders (technical and non-technical requirements)
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and programs in a fast-paced environment
