Hiring Program Manager/HR Analyst for Ahmedabad


Responsibilities:

- Partner with the Business HR team to provide focus on key organizational objectives related to Employee Engagement and Retention

- Drive specific areas of focus our within the business in that quarter and deliver results against those. These priorities may vary - ranging from exquisite program management of enterprise efforts to the more mundane work and follow ups on process execution.

- Design employee engagement programs and ensure smooth implementation across the organization

- Be a critical player in the people ops team and will work through peers by driving clear actionable strategies and be the key person that holds the program together.

- Must execute with urgency, including setting aggressive goals and owning the results, demonstrating sound judgment, and acting with speed, and taking risks.

- The challenge in this role is that areas of focus will vary depending on the business priorities and may vary from quarter to quarter and year to year. Thus, the ability to work in complex/ambiguous environment is a must as is the ability to derive concrete objectives in this context.

Other Responsibilities:

- Plans, directs and administers various human resource programs.

- Writes and revises job classification specifications.

- Develops HR training programs and teaches courses.

- Researches, analyzes data and prepares quarterly reports on HR trends, new HR project suggestions and current program goals and progress.

- Develops, reviews and revises program policies and procedures.

- Provides advice and counsel to department heads, managers and staff on updating and interpreting programs.

- Represents the department with the board, related agencies and the public.

- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- 6+ years of experience with HR/Business programs and initiatives.

- MBA degree in HR or equivalent From Top Tier Institute

- Big 4 Experience will be preferable, Management Consulting Exp Mandatory

- Ability to quickly understand, connect the dots and translate business priorities into HR implications and action focus.

- The ability to assess, connect the dots and adjust to the impact of external and internal, priorities.

- Strong analytical, problem solving, initiative, influencing, teamwork skills.

- Demonstrated ability to work and deliver results in a dynamic highly matrixed and team-oriented environment; able to build network, develop alliances and work through people.

- Strong execution capability.
