Program Manager - Account/Vendor management

Job description:

- Design, develop and execute scaled programs targeted towards hundreds of mid to small size partners.

- Develop content to educate program participants on best practices which will help them achieve their objectives; Build program delivery toolkits and communication materials.

- Collaborate with a large number of cross-functional teams as you build and execute high quality programs.

- Work with outsourced vendor partner to ensure program delivery as per operational and program goals.

- Analyse program performance on well-defined metrics, conduct reviews with stakeholders and suggest improvement areas.

- Continue to identify opportunities to improve operational excellence by developing and sharing best practices, utilizing metrics, and incorporating cross-functional feedback to drive the best solutions.

- Manage relationships with program participants and ensure superior partner experience with Facebook and Instagram.

- Be an internal advocate for the partners to suggest changes and best practices.

Skills required:

- Proficiency in English; Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop and execute large, scaled programs.

- Demonstrated ability to achieve business outcomes through outsourced service providers

- Experience in managing and growing partners/customers at scale.

- Ability to identify available resources, self-learn and quickly gain expertise in new areas.

- Ability to analyse large volumes of data to derive insights to achieve your objectives.

- Experience of having worked in large cross-functional environments.

- Demonstrated ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Experience/Education:

- Minimum of bachelor degree and 8 years of work experience

- 5+ years of experience in program-management/consulting roles

- 2+ years of experience in managing outsourced service providers to deliver business outcomes

- MBA preferred

- Experience with a management consulting firm a plus
