Title: Program Manager

Location: Bangalore

Objective: Plan, manage and deliver high-impact projects on time

Primary Responsibilities:

Skills Required:

1. Develop and manage projects from beginning to end, which includes project scoping, timeline management, internal coordination, and escalation, communication and project execution across multiple teams.

2. Provide a direction to ensure the product, engineering, and the stakeholders have a clear understanding of timelines, risks, escalation paths and roles/responsibilities they will undertake to deliver the project.

3. Act as an escalation point for the project and stakeholders to manage risks, develop mitigation plans and a path to green throughout the project.

4. Tracking the progress of each team (Product/Engineering/Stakeholders) until the project is completely rolled out. In case, the progress is not going as per timelines, plan negotiations to mitigate the risks.

5. Ask the right questions to pinpoint the real underlying problem quickly.

6. Be very proactive in managing expectations across the board

7. The end goal is fast delivery.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Ability to successfully manage cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and varying levels of management

- Proficiency with MS Project, Excel.
