Program Manager (11-14 yrs)
Program Manager
- 11-14 years of experience in managing large complex application value management projects.
- Should have managed Application development and Maintenance projects, in a Fixed Bid Mode
- Should be conversant with Service Delivery Management, should have done incident management, problem management, Root Cause Analysis etc.
- Should have experience in working in a IT services company and should have worked for domestic clients in BFS domain
- Experience in Microsoft technologies.
- Exposure to Data warehousing is desirable but not a must .
- Has worked in all phases of software development life cycle including requirement analysis, design, development, system testing and implementation.
- Strong experience in Project Management including Project planning, transition and execution of maintenance and support projects.
- Should have good exposure to industry best practices like ITIL,PMP. Good exposure to quality processes.
- Should have handled atleast 40 FTE
- Client management skills
