Designation: COD Program Manager Core Areas: Strategy, Program management, analytics roles. - Experience in startups will be an advantage Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate; Experience in operations management, Analytics Your Role : - COD reconciliation Store/City/Rider level on Daily/Weekly/Monthly/YTD - Coordinate with Finance team and unblock issues related to COD submission - Product development for COD submission from Rider - Introduction of new processes for controlling COD losses - Reduce COD losses WoW basis - Developing processes for controlling frauds related to rider payouts - Identify defaulters and key metrics to reduce fraudulent activities by riders - Frequent Innovation and regular iterations to save cost - Daily follow ups from stakeholders for discrepancies - Obsession with SQL and other tools like tableau, R, Python - Experience with delivering production level metrics, insights, and actions - Extensive experience in an analytics role including project management and process optimization with data analytics - Adept at quick decision making in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities - High learning agility What We're Looking For : - People with endless curiosity and hunger to learn - Operators obsessed with customer experience - People good at Planning & Organizing, Systems & Process Orientation and Result Orientation. - People who are data oriented, see patterns and trends, generate alternatives & draw inferences. - People who are good at managing relationships, good at conflict management and who work collaboratively. - People with working knowledge of SQL
