The Program Lead will be responsible for implementation support, strategizing and analytical program monitoring of all project field operations. The PL will play a key role in providing strategic inputs for program design, implementation support, drawing on operational experience to design and refine implementation, project budgeting, and documentation. Strategic Program Planning and implementation :
- Budgeting of all programmes and monitoring periodically and active participation in budget decision making
- Provide strategic inputs in the implementation program with all Program Managers.
- Use an analytical framework for monitoring processes and measuring the effectiveness of the program.
- Support in brainstorming and standardization of tools and processes for the program.
- Build and maintain government stakeholder relationships.
- Visit to the onsite operations and ensure smooth implementation of all the programmes.
- Identify inadequacies and irrationalities in generation and use of data at all program levels and guide and support corrective measures
- Assess and identify issues of concern in partnerships with government and development partners at regional, district and block levels
Operation Management :
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Essential skills :
