Job Purpose

The Program Head will be responsible for driving key metrics around Market Share and Revenue in our Digital Equity Business. In his role as a Program Head, he will be responsible for devising strategies and implementing the planned programs to drive our key business goals and create a very superior and efficient client journey.

Managerial Responsibilities

- Manage a team of Program Managers (Product Manager - Equity) and ensure driving their KRAs.

- He / She will be responsible to plan and execute different strategic and tactical programs to drive Online Equity Volumes and Market Share.

Functional Responsibilities

- He should use his experience in the Capital Markets to devise strategies meant for gaining market share and increase our active user base.

- Should have a very strong understanding of different Equity Products viz. FNO, SMTF, Intraday.

- Awareness on leading trends and offerings in the industry. Provide the best trading & investment strategies to our clients through alliances and collaborations.

- Knowledge on Technical charts and strategies. He should be aware about different FNO strategies their payoffs, risk and rewards associated with these strategies.

- Designing programs around Offers, features, recommendations, products etc. meant to achieve key metrics.

- Segmenting clients into various buckets and devising communication fitting the client profile in the respective client segment.

- Coordinate with various internal stakeholders for effective integrations of our platforms and processes with the products / platforms of the external partners.

- Working with the Business Analytics team to build and test various hypotheses, developing predictive models to create look alike segments.

- Build client journeys in the automated trigger system based on our learnings on client's behavior on our programs.

- Responsible for increasing client engagement, transactions across our platforms and products.

Job Requirements

- PG - MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization

- 8+ years of experience with relevant experience of 5+ years.

- Should have worked with the Equity Research or Equity Product team

- Very good knowledge of Equity Products especially Equity Trading Products Viz Margin Trading, Intraday, F&O.

- Understanding of Analytical tools. Should know how it can help in achieving our objectives.

- Strong understanding of platforms and channels of client communications.

- Should be able to understand client behavioral traits required to build client buckets and segments.
