Program Director/Senior Project Manager/Project Lead - Enterprise Transformation - HRM Specialist

As a Program Director/ Project Lead, incumbent will be responsible for -

Lead large global Automation deployments. Responsible for end to end Program success

- Responsible for all customer and contract KPI's including financials and ontime delivery

- Open to relocate to European countired depending on customer needs.

- Partner with Delivery and Solution Leads to implement and run the global framework to capitalize on robotics opportunities

- Work with process- improvement teams and vendor partners to analyze and understand business processes.

- Engage directly, or through vendors, with process owners / subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather business process details and identify solution requirements.

- Craft the business case for each initiative to evaluate feasibility

- Design automated process solutions (i.e. Robots) in accordance with standard (Blue Prism) design principles and conventions.

- Work with central development team to build scalable and efficient process automation and reusable components that can be used across different processes.

- Manage the creation and maintenance of solution documentation.

- Manage testing and document results.

- Serve as an expert, trusted, advisor to Client senior management on RPA matters

Skills required

- Extensive business analysis experience across a range of projects, programs and domains.

- Have a good experience on automation tools like - Automation Anywhere- and BluePrism

- 12- 15 years of experience spanning across roles in Project Management, Business Analysis and Transformation Consultant. Technology understanding of automation products would be preferred

- Preferred Master of Business Administration (Systems and Finance), Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Science)

- Consistent record of delivery and leadership in project management

- Experience with Data Mapping experience, documenting use cases, functional specifications or similar

- Experience with system and user acceptance testing, including test management tools

- Strong analytical and communications skills

- Ability to work as part of a global, culturally diverse virtual team

- Experience of business process improvements and automation through the use of technology will be highly advantageous

- Experience with QA/testing strategies; knowledge of test automation tools will be beneficial

- Lean Six Sigma training
