Program Director/Manager - Java - Life Insurance

Program Director (Insurance) JD below :

- 15+ years of experience in Software development and support.

- Should have managed medium & large size program under ADMS & AMS

- Service Integration project/program management is important

- Good experience in managing all lifecycles of Software Development.

- Should have good experience / though processes on automation techniques in ADMS/AMS activities

- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum/DevOps methodologies

- Should have good knowledge & implementation experience in IQA, CMMi & ISO practices

- Strong understanding of Java/J2EE technologies, API Gateway, Containerization and MW

- Strong experience in Life Insurance domain

- Good in planning the activities, release management and resolving the conflicts.

- Pro-actively resolving the risks & issues.

- Good communication skills, strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience in working with Indian Clients is must
