Role : Program Director - IT & Digital

Location : Delhi / NCR

Reporting to : Group CIO

Role Purpose: Managing multiple projects/initiatives in different technologies

JOB Description :

1. Manage IT projects & initiatives from start to completion to support

2. Handle requirement gathering, technology/product evaluation & selection, partner selection, project plan creation and execution of the project

3. Own project deliverable and ensure expected benefits are met

4. Ensure project dependencies and challenges are mitigated and there are no surprises in meeting the timeline and budget of the project

5. Understand different technologies, products and implementation partners to help in the selection of right mix

6. Review and drive group wide digitization projects/initiatives from start till end

7. Regularly meet senior stakeholders and incorporate feedback in projects

Skills & Experience :

- Should have experience in handling different technology IT Projects starting from requirement definition to execution till support phase

- Experience in S/4 HANA FICO

- Exposure to latest technologies like AI, IoT, RPA, Predictive Analytics

- PMP certification preferred

- Ability to articulate business problems, convert them to technology problems and provide a technology solution to solve business problems

- Ability to manage change, risk and stakeholders

- Ability to scientifically priorities projects/initiatives using metrics such as ROI/NPV/IRR etc.

- Ready to travel (8-9 days in a month)
