Program/Delivery Lead - Bank (15-18 yrs)
- More than 15 years of experience in Program Management
- Should have delivered successfully at least 5 large Global programs
- Should have exposure to latest technologies like cloud native etc
- Should have delivered programs in an Agile delivery model
- Must have delivered programs for the corporate banking business areas
- Experience in managing the transition from Monolithic to Microservices based architecture
- Should be familiar with the usage of tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro etc
- Good stakeholder and communication management
- Strong leadership skills with good team management
