Progcap is a Fintech and AI company that pioneers alternative credit scoring for small businesses using proprietary data from non-traditional sources. We aim to fuel credit to 100 million under-banked SMEs in the emerging markets worldwide with an initial focus on India. Progcap is building the digital bank for large retailers. Company is backed by Tiger Global and Sequoia Capital. It sits at the intersection SMB software and financial services and has blitzscaled since launch in under 3 years touching over 300K retailers. In the next 3 years, Progcap aims to become the full stack digital bank for last mile retailers touching over 5 million retailers. The Company is the recipient of the World Bank's "SME Global Product Innovation of the year", 2018 award.


- Own the brand positioning, brand health and brand assets for the organization across products

- Plan, strategize and execute marketing campaigns and activities to establish & maintain brand presence in the market

- Work closely with key stakeholders and marketing teams / agency(s) to understand requirements of the brief/campaign, develop concepts and drive results

- Engage with multiple partners as required to track and improve efficiency of marketing strategy and campaigns

- Build, lead and review creative work for print and digital marketing

- Manage budget for advertising and promotional items

- Create impactful brand presentations for internal and external stakeholders

- Drive competitor, customer, and consumer insights analysis

- Take ownership of all performance platform delivery and proactively identify and suggest next steps


- Full time MBA/PGDM from a Tier-1/2 institute


- 10 years of overall experience with at least 5 years of experience in leading/working in a marketing team/creative agency

- Expertise in building brand, driving awareness, generating demand & managing customer acquisition funnel

- Strong understanding of offline and digital marketing with in-depth understanding of marketing trends, channels/platforms, tools, etc.

- Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives

- Excellent interpersonal skills and data driven decision making
