Senior Manager Finance The position would be responsible for: - Co-owning the end-to-end controllership function for the Fintech (NBFC) - Implementation of Ind AS and working with Big4 consultants. - Review of monthly, quarterly and half yearly financial statements and related schedules. - Coordinating statutory as well as internal/external audits for FY end including liaising with the auditors - Managing the taxation [Indirect tax and direct tax] aspects of the business along with filing returns and litigation - Interact with business teams [Partnerships, ops, treasury and risk] and corporate teams (legal and secretarial). - Have experience of working with and managing an outsourced team for AP functions. The Successful Candidate would: - Be a qualified CA with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience in GL - ERP implementation and controllership in a fast-paced environment. - Hands on implementation and integration experience with Oracle Netsuite or Oracle / SAP will be a bonus. - Must be a team player, delivering results through collaboration with team members within and outside the function. - Must have experience working in NBFC / SFB / Payments bank with an AUM in excess of INR 500cr. Working experience in a regulated industry will be a big bonus. - Possess a thorough understanding of financial reporting & controllership - Should possess good stakeholder management skills and clear communication with a result-oriented mindset.
