The Company is the recipient of the World Bank's "SME Global Product Innovation of the year", 2018 award. - Progcap is looking for a Program Managers to create new banking and credit products for MSMEs and enhancing the existing product suite. - Leading banking alliances and creating industry first banking and lending products for underserved MSMEs - Manage execution of the entire product lifecycle from feature conceptualization through launch and beyond - Development & execution of large-scale mandates - Responsible for structuring product, integrating the end to end to journey, UAT, sign-offs and go-live - Monitor Ops reconciliation process, identify gaps and solve through technology or process interventions - Defining & executing the strategy for end-to-end digital journey of the customer - Relationship management with internal technology users and vendors - Champion agile development to improve operational process KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED : - Experience of product & strategy role in a Fintech / NBFC / Bank - Experience of creating products and managing partnerships - Strategic thought process, Energetic & self-driven - Problem solving skills & Out of the box thinking - Demonstrated experience of leading banking product and managing banking partnerships will be a plus QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : - 5+ years preferably in a bank - MBA , Tier 1 Institutes
