About the Role: The Portfolio Manager is responsible for handling the most important client accounts in the face of the brand for the client post onboarding. They will be the lead point of contact Progcap. The PM must build and maintain a strong relationship with the client and would be for all key client matters, anticipate the client's needs, work within the company to ensure client's expectations are met, and grow the business Key Responsibilities - Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company - Working with sales team, operations, tech, marketing and customer support teams to ensure from other departments dedicated to the same client account to enhance business with the client and ensure maximum client satisfaction - Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with internal and external stakeholders - Managing existing customers of the client and bringing in new business from the respective clientele base Salary offered: 10-40LPA
