Website : http://www.progcap.com Over 6 years' work experience in Risk Approver role for retail unsecured loans/Supply Chain Finance / SME loans for Banks, Fintech or large NBFCs Job Description: - Designing, Development and Implementation of Organizational Credit policy, Supervise the overall Credit Granting Process including the reliable application of credit policy, periodic credit reviews of clients/partners, assessment of creditworthiness of potential clients, with the goal of optimizing the mix of company sales and bad debt losses - Preparing credit policy, as well as implementing new credit policies as appropriate based on portfolio performance - Monitoring of the credit portfolio. Design and ensure appropriate utilization of monitoring and tracking to measure and quantify the effectiveness of strategies or tests. - Identifying Risk at various segments of Credit Program and developing operational processes for the credit programs mitigating risk. - Preparing periodic analytics reports on loan portfolio performance and recommendations based on the performance - Sanctioning / approving authority of credit proposal - Experience in unsecured Business Credit underwriting, Portfolio Collection & Operations (Business Loans, Personal Loans, Credit Cards & Corporate Cards)
