Profit Center Head - Poultry Feed Mill Business (10-20 yrs)
- Position requires middle/senior management experience. Superior leadership capabilities. Should have worked in companies with high repute in feed mill industry with more than 25 to 50 mn usd turn over.
- Person Should be highly profit oriented and efficiency focused. Responsible for profitability of the Feed Mill. Should have hands on experience in Poultry feed mill business.
Position will report to the Director and will be responsible for :
1. Overseeing milling operation, sales
2. Day to day operations, planning and implementation
3. Responsible for making budget and monitoring the performance as per budget.
4. Full responsibility of marketing, procurement, warehouse management, financial management, administration, Maintenance, sales and marketing etc.
5. Production efficiencies monitoring in the factory and strive to achieve all the optimal parameters.
6. Observe workers to comply all the policies
7. Regular reviews with team on quality, machine performance
8. Ensure high level customer satisfaction by producing best quality products, timely delivery and after sales customer services
9. Inventory management and controls.
10. Work with nutritionists closely to get the best cost recipes and drive better margins.
11. Should be able to display dynamic and motivational leader ship skills.
Expectations : 8 to 10 years experience, Poultry feed mill experience is a must. General Manager level experience is compulsory.
Location : Zaria, Kaduna state.
