Profit Center Head - Aluminum Extrusion

THE POSITION/RESPONSIBILITY :

1. Production and Manufacturing : Will be responsible for Large Aluminum Extrusion manufacturing plant having 4 Extrusion Presses / 4 Powder coating Plants and Anodizing Plant. Ensure proper Execution & Co-ordination between Production, Engineering, quality and other service functions to optimize installed capacities. Must have an industrial Floor level background up to the level of Unit Head.

2. Industrial Relations : Ensure implementation of legal provisions and maintain harmonious relation with workmen of the unit. Introduce formal systems of Grievance Handling and lay down procedure with the intent of ensuring appropriate level to motivation, optimizing of manpower and machine is key areas.

3. Raw material planning and implementation of procedures for material flows . Ensuring internal systems for control of materials flow input, process and output to ensure optimum use of raw material. Inventory control and availability of Imported material. Working knowledge of product costing and Process Costing.

4. ERP System : Working experience with ERP system preferably SAP.

5. Sales, Distribution and Customer Relation: Manage a chain of Distributers and Institutional Clients. The Competition is from local production units in Nigeria as well as Imports from CHINA.
