Head of Products -Passive Funds (Mutual Funds)

- Leading Passive Funds initiatives for the firm

- Leading all product related and analytical activities for Passive Funds

- Managing the Product cycle for passive funds from idea generation to launch of the fund

- Managing all stakeholders - internal and external - for Passive Funds

- Developing and Maintaining relationships with Index Providers, Custodians, Brokerage firms, etc. for Passive Funds

- Managing all Communication (to internal and external stakeholders) related to Passive Funds

- Performing the role of Investment Specialist for Passive Funds

- Conducting training and awareness programs for Passive Funds

- Creation of Content for marketing of Passive Funds - Presentations, Articles, Papers, Fund Notes, etc.

- Managing relationships with the investments and sales team for Passive Funds

Requirements

- Experience of 10-15 years in Product teams of Mutual Funds, Wealth Management, Index Companies

- Experience in managing passive products / index related products

- Communication skills - written and verbal

- Experience in managing cross functional relationships

- Data analytical skills / knowledge

- Ability to work with and analyse data sets

- Experience with MF industry data analytics tools and databases

Ideal Candidates would:

- Managing ETFs / Index Funds in Mutual Fund product teams

- Product teams of Index Companies
