Operations Manager role for O&G Exploration organization in India (Gujarat)
- 4-10 Years of experience and team management exposure
- Experience in leading Onshore Production operations in Oil Fields
- People with good/effective communication skills and the ability to guide the team on domains related to Production enhancement, cost reduction, etc.
- Managing the Installation/ commissioning and commencing of new projects and plant modifications
- Ensuring that the production happens in a safe environment and knowledge and implementation of EHS/HSE practices
Education :
- Exposure of working in process safety/EHS/Quality systems environment
