Production Manager - Garments Business (10-12 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning the production lines to achieve optimum efficiency.
- Ensure customers quality requirements are met and defective rates are under control.
- Should be able to drive 700 sewing machines set up from cut to ship for circular knits garments
- Master in achieving daily KPIs consistently
- Should be able to deliver 95% OTIF and 75% production efficiency
- Manage 1500 manpower related issues on the floor
- Detailed knowledge of sewing machines and Knit garment operations
- IE champion
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of Production, Planning & Control activities and Quality parameter
- Experience in a similar profile in the textile industry
- Knowledge of Panel Printing is preferred
- Should be fluent in Tamil .
Qualifications:
- BFTech/ MFTech from NIFT or BE/Diploma in Textile Engineering
- Min 10 years of experience in circular knits garment industry
