Production Lead - Digital Marketing - Content Marketing (10-15 yrs)

We are looking for a talented and motivated Director to lead our company's creative services divison. Successful candidate must possess excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to maximize the talents of the team.

As the Director of Creative Services, you will work closely with the creative teams across various Omnicom advertising agencies to deliver engaging content that meets the expectations of our agency stakeholders and their clients. You will be responsible for overall practice growth in India, engagement with agencies, delivery methodology, productivity, resource planning and quality standards across the production of all creative work.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, lead, and review work of the creative team in the production of all web, print, and digital marketing collateral

- Build relationships with agency stakeholders within client account(s) to onboard new projects and scopes

- Partner with all managers/leaders within your function to provide input into and ensure continual use of approved methodologies, frameworks, and capabilities.

- Provide creative and process leadership to drive consistency, quality and efficiency

- Planning and managing timing schedules that fit the needs of the client brief and budget.

- Holding regular production meetings, holding direct reports accountable for deadlines, while influencing other stakeholders to support successful outcomes.

- Implement best practices for governance to ensure process optimization, quality output and client satisfaction

- Improving the Creative Workflow process; efficient streamlining whilst maintaining the highest quality output.

- Maintaining the Digital Assets, creating and maintaining the online photo library and naming conventions.

- Conduct periodical business reviews to ensure all stakeholders are satisfied with service delivered by the team

- Involved in recruitment and selection decisions.

Education & Experience

- 10+ years of related experience with 7+ years of creative direction in advertising agency or design firm

- 5+ years of people, project and client management experience

- Understanding and past experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile, but also understand offline and print

- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree (Marketing or design or business preferred)

- Experience in working as part of a global team (offshore-onshore model)

- Experience managing production finances

- Highly skilled with leading a team of creative talent

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
