REQUIREMENT :

Knowledge :

1) Experience in IS/Press machine operation.

2) Experience in mold designing to achieve weight reduction and improve the production efficiency

3) Handle multiple lines productions

4) Understanding of annealing/hot end coating

5) Basic understanding of glass melting furnace

Experience :

'(Number of years) 15~20 years

Skills :

1) Manpower handling & scheduling, Motivating,shop floor managerial skill

2) Robots functioning & Tooling managment.

3) SAP experience

4) Problem solving tools, expereinece in 6 sigma is added advantage

Qualification : B.E in Mech engg./Ceramic engineering

INTERACTION :

Internal - NMD,QA,Maintenance,Project,HR, Materials,

External - Raw material supplier; raw glass and other key consumable items.

Customer - OE and After market
