Roles and Responsibilities : This is an execution role more than a creative role. Therefore someone with an acumen for : - Structure and form of Storytelling - Understanding of creative processes and timelines - Planning course of action / Active coordination and people skills. - Writers / creative resource management - Research - someone with their own contacts database or expertise and connections to ensure the same. - Production - all decisions/resources are bound by interest, timelines and corresponding budgets. - Keen aesthetic and presentation skills - Experience on set either as 2nd AD or associate producer especially in advertising. - Qualities of humility, patience, respect, email etiquette, and organization of thought and action, code of conduct basis sex and hierarchy, proficiency in written and spoken English and basic understanding of logic/reason/cause - effect - Contracts and budget negotiations to the WP
