Qualifications and Experience :

- Graduate + MBA from Good Institutes only

Should have trained on the following topics :

- Product Training

- Equity products knowledge

- F&O products knowledge

- Design, develop and implement Training Calendar

- Communication & Presentation Skills

- Commodities trading knowledge

- Currency trading knowledge

- Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills at levels of the organization.

Mandatory requirements are :

- Delivered training on Equity Products

- Delivered training on Futures & Options

- Very strong communication and presentation skills

- Must have conducted 40-50 training sessions per year

Ideal candidate profile :

- First 2-3 years into Equities business

- Subsequent 2-3 years into product training
