Product/ Sr. Product Manager (IIT/ IIM/ BITS/ ISB only)

Pinnacle Solutions, a leading recruitment firm is looking forward to building the product team for a disruptive ecommerce/ mobile commerce startup, lead by rock star co founders and high profile investors.

Role : Product/ Sr. Product Manager - Web & Mobile

- To lead product management initiative for the product driven company, layout enhancement for Internet and Mobile products.

- Understand the life cycle of web/ mobile products; should be hands on with wireframes, conceptualising a product, release of the product, measuring the ROI for the product.

- Work closely with the co founders and the leadership team to work on some disruptive product development.

- Responsible for designing front-end frameworks for web, mobile and web based application user interfaces.

- Working closely with Technology and Marketing team on continues improvement in the released and upcoming products.

- Understand & update Competitive landscape, Customer satisfaction, Customer segments, Industry reports and trends.

- Identify market requirements, create preliminary design concepts and drive the implementation of the overall product roadmap.

- Strong quantitative analysis skills to lend insight to highly ambiguous and sensitive business problems.

Ideal Candidate :

- Engineering/ MBA from a leading/ Tier 1 Engg/ B School - IIT/ NIT/ BITS/ IIM/ ISB etc.

- Prior product experience preferred across web/ mobile

- Aggressive, go-getter, likes working in startup environments with extremely bright individuals.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking, tight deadlines environment

Compensation: Best in the industry/ aggressive performance linked compensation and equity upside.

Location : Gurgaon
